Members of the Council
The Resolution Council is composed of ten members. Pursuant to the Act on resolution in the financial market, the Council comprises:
- four managerial staff members of Národná banka Slovenska (NBS)
- four managerial staff members of the Ministry of Finance of the Slovak Republic (‘the Ministry’)
- the Director of the Debt and Liquidity Management Agency (ARDAL)
- the Director of the State Treasury
The Chair of the Council is State Secretary of the Ministry.

- Dušan Jurčák, Vice-Chair of the Council and Member of the NBS Bank Board
- Vladimír Dvořáček, Member of the Council and Member of the NBS Bank Board
- Júlia Čillíková, Executive Member of the Council and Executive Director – Financial Consumer Protection and Regulation Division of the NBS
- Karol Krippel, Member of the Council and Head of Legal Unit of the NBS
- Roman Turok-Heteš, Member of the Council and General Director of the Financial Market Section of the Ministry of Finance
- Martin Peter, Member of the Council and Director of the Banking Division of the Financial Market Section of the Ministry of Finance
- Ján Mikulík, Member of the Council and Director of the Budget Analysis Division of the Ministry of Finance
- Daniel Bytčánek, Member of the Council and Director of the ARDAL
- Jana Ďuricová, Member of the Council and Director of the State Treasury
