Members of the Council
The Resolution Council is composed of ten members. Pursuant to the Act on resolution in the financial market, the Council comprises:
- four managerial staff members of Národná banka Slovenska (NBS)
- four managerial staff members of the Ministry of Finance of the Slovak Republic (‘the Ministry’)
- the Director of the Debt and Liquidity Management Agency (ARDAL)
- the Director of the State Treasury
The Chair of the Council is State Secretary of the Ministry.
The current composition of the Council:

- Dušan Jurčák, Vice-Chair of the Council and Member of the NBS Bank Board
- Vladimír Dvořáček, Member of the Council and Member of the NBS Bank Board
- Júlia Čillíková, Executive Member of the Council and Executive Director – Financial Consumer Protection and Regulation Division of the NBS
- Martin Lipovský, Member of the Council and Director of Legal Service Department of the NBS
- Alexander Cirák, Member of the Council and Director General of the Budget Policy Section of the Ministry of Finance of the Slovak Republic
- Jana Ďuricová, Member of the Council and Director of the State Treasury
